Refund policy
At Manna Giftistry, each creation is handmade with utmost love and care — making every piece truly one of a kind. As a result, returns are generally not accepted. However, we do consider special cases as mentioned below.
Cancellations:

Orders can be cancelled only within 12 hours of placing the order.

Once processing begins, we will be unable to cancel the order.
Returns & Refunds:

Since our items are handcrafted and made to order, returns are accepted only in exceptional cases such as damaged or incorrect items.

A return request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving your order.

The request must include an unedited opening video clearly showing the package being opened — this is mandatory for us to assess eligibility.

The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.

Refunds, if approved after review, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after receiving the returned item.
